KRAVTSCHUK Nicholas It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of a dearly loved husband to Patricia and a much loved father to Daniel and Anthony peacefully on August 20, 2014. Funeral service and cremation will take place at Nab Wood Crematorium on Friday, August 29, at 11.30a.m. Will friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations for Manorlands Hospice would be appreciated. A collection box will be available at the service or may be sent c/o HH Birch & Son Ltd. Nab Wood, Shipley, BD18 4BG.
