MITCHELL Geoffrey It is with great sadness on April 24 2016, after a long and very bravely fought illness, Geoff died peacefully at home, aged 76 years. Dearly loved partner of Ann and loved a lot by all Ann's family and friends. Much loved father of Paul, father in law of Martha, adored grandad of Carmela, Sabrina and Freddy, loving great grandad of Elle and Hallie. The funeral service and cremation will take place at Oakworth Crematorium on Wednesday May 4 at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please but donations would be appreciated to Manorlands Hospice. A box will be provided at the service for this purpose or may be made online at www.david-gallagher.co.uk
