MOFFITT Gwendoline Mary (nee Jefferson) On Monday July 31, 2017, peacefully at Rosegarth Care Home, Ilkley, Gwen passed away aged 94 years. A loving wife of the late Jack, a loving mother of Paul and a loving mother-in-law of Colleen, a much loved grandma of Alastair and Adele and a dear grandma-in-law of Becky. The funeral service will take place at Oakworth Crematorium on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 2.30p.m. Family flowers only please, donations may be made in leiu of flowers to Manorlands Hospice in memory of Gwen.
