RICE William (Billy) Billy peacefully passed away at home on Friday, March 23, 2018. A loving husband to Margaret, a devoted dad to Dawn and Johnny and a loving grandad to Joel and Daisy. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 1.00pm, at St Joseph's followed by a burial at Oakworth Crematorium at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please.
