MITCHELL Gerry The family of the late Gerry Mitchell would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind messages of condolence, cards and generous donations to Manorlands Hospice received in memory of Gerry. Special thanks to Rev. Peter Mayo-Smith and Rev. Peter Wilson for their kind words and prayers. Further thanks to Judith and Sarah, Manorlands Community Nurses for their care and support at home, to Rachael, Lisa, Abbi and Haworth Medical Practice for enabling Gerry to maintain his independence, and to all staff at Manorlands Hospice who made his last days so special. Final thanks to David Gallagher for his professional care and to the many people who offered their support to the family by attending Gerry's Funeral Service.
