HOLMES David The family of David would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and support received during this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who attended David's funeral service and for the generous donations to Diabetes UK. Special thanks to Canon Michael McCreadie for his compassion and also to the Funeral Directors David and Adele Gallagher for their care and kindness. Rest in Peace David x
