FISHER Pamela (Pam) (nee Jackson) Malcolm would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards and messages of condolence and donations to Manorlands received in memory of Pam. Special thanks to all doctors and district nurses from Oakworth Surgery, to doctors and all staff from Manorlands Hospice, Dot Scarf and Marie Curie nurses for all their care and support. Further thanks to Rev. John Rogers for his kind words and to the many people who offered their support by attending the funeral service on Tuesday. Finally he also would like to thank his daughters Claire and Heidi who without their love and support could not have managed to care for Pam as well as he did.
