SWIFT Jack Jack's family would like to thank all friends and neighbours for their expressions of sympathy and donations to Respiratory Research received in memory of Jack. Special thanks to Stephanie Foster Community Matron, Kilmeny Surgery for her care, advice and support and to all staff on Ward 16, Airedale General Hospital for the excellent nursing care. Further thanks to Judith Craven for her love and support shown to Jack and his family, to Fr. Michael McCreadie for the lovely Mass and to all members of the Grafton Club for their friendship over the years, what a great bunch. Final thanks to Megan of Audrey Asquith for the exquisite floral display, to David Gallagher for his guidance and support and to all who attended his funeral Mass on Monday.
