LYNCH Stephen Kathleen, Pat, Paul, David, Pam and family would like to thank all relatives and friends for the lovely cards of sympathy received during this sad time. Thanks also to Rev. Peter Wilson for his funeral service, to Richard and staff at The Knowle for all funeral arrangements, to Flowers by Astor for the Leeds United floral display, to Gully from 1st Choice Taxis for assisting the family in delivering the floral tribute to Elland Road and to Denise at The Fleece in Oakworth for the food. Finally thank you to all who attended the service and to all who gave generously to St James' Hospital Intensive Care Unit, Leeds in memory of Steve, who will be sadly missed by everyone.
