(MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO 7) ORDER
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SPEED LIMIT (NO 1) ORDER
VARIOUS STREETS IN BINGLEY
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 27th July 2017 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. No Waiting at Any Time on lengths of John Escritt Road, Church Street and Leonard Street, Bingley

ii. One Way Traffic Flow on a length of Church Street (south to north) from a point 61 metres north of its junction with John Escritt Road to its junction with Hulbert Street, Bingley

iii. a 20 miles per hour speed limit zone comprising York Crescent, York Street, Portland Place, Cannon Street, Leonard Street, Church Street, Trinity Place, Hulbert Street, Harrison Street, and John Escritt Road, Bingley

iv. a Disabled Persons Parking Place on Oak Avenue, Sycamore Avenue, BeechStreet, Ash Terrace and Cedar Street, Bingley

The Orders come into force on 31st July 2017 and a copy of the Orders together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and at Bingley Library, Myrtle Walk, Bingley If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made (i.e. 27th July 2017) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
