Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Arc Inspirations Limited has applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Banyan, 1 & 2A Station Plaza, Ilkley, LS29 8HF. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of live and recorded music on Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to 00:30 the following morning and on Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning.The sale of alcohol on Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 to Midnight and on Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 the following morning.The provision of late night refreshment on Sunday toWednesday 23:00 to midnight and on Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 01:30 the following morning.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings,Bradford, BD1 1HX, no later than 6 October 2017 stating the grounds for object­ion. The register of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website-www.bradford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a fa se statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
