FIVE Keighley good causes will share in a charity handout from the Yorkshire Building Society .
Beechcliffe School, Keighley Bandwagoners, Airevalley Counselling & Therapy, Manorlands and Keighley Sea Cadets are each receiving £100 from the society.
They were nominated by customers at the Low Street, Keighley, branch.
In total, the YBS charitable foundation is giving away £150,000 as part of its annual Make a Difference Week, in celebration of the society's 150th anniversary.
Keighley branch manager, Jonathan Thewlis, said: “Our annual Make a Difference campaign is always very popular but this year we’ve been able to support more charities than ever before thanks to the foundation’s generous donation marking the anniversary.
"I'm delighted that five worthwhile causes nominated by our members are part of the hundreds of charities the society is supporting throughout the UK and I’m sure the money will be used to make a positive difference in our community."
