A CROSS Hills-based car trader has been appointed as a Which? Trusted Trader, a scheme which recognises the good reputation of businesses.
PR Automotive Ltd, which trades as PR Autos, had to pass a rigorous assessment process including a credit check, customer reference checks and an on-site visit from a Which?Trusted Trader assessor.
The visit included an assessment of various aspects of the business such as business processes, documentation and complaints procedure.
A Which? spokesman said: “Only those businesses who satisfy this assessment process are awarded Which? Trusted Trader status and the right to use the coveted Which?logo in their marketing activities.
“The scheme aims to support trustworthy local businesses and help customers find the right trader.”
PR Autos is an independently owned and operated Toyota specialist off Station Road offering service and repairs to all makes of cars and light goods vehicles and has a fully equipped diagnostic centre and tyre bay.
