KEIGHLEY social housing group Incommunities has won recognition for its equality policies.
It has leapt 103 places to 59 in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.
Greg Robinson, Incommunities' assistant chief executive resources, said: "I'm really made up with this result.
"Making the top 60 is a fantastic achievement that shows we have made real progress in supporting lesbian, gay and bi-sexual staff and encouraging inclusivity across the organisation.
"We are committed to taking a proactive approach to promoting equality and diversity both within the workforce and in delivering our customer services."
