A KEIGHLEY store has shone in a customer satisfaction survey.

The Original Factory Shop, in Lawkholme Lane, scored highly across the board.

Bosses say the survey was part of research by the Institute of Customer Service.

Customers felt they were valued, given correct information and kept well informed, and that staff were helpful.

"These fantastic results are testament to the hard work of all of our colleagues who are obsessive about engaging with customers," said Gillian Taggart, the Keighley store manager.

"It's an ongoing process and we'll strive to do even better next year.

"We'd like to thank our customers for their support."
