A KEIGHLEY man has won a car in a contest staged by young drivers' insurance company ingenie.
Connor Kirby was one of three winners in the competition and collected his Vauxhall Corsa EcoFlex, worth £6,900, from Bristol Street Motors in Keighley.
Entrants were asked to say why their old vehicles required some attention.
"I knew I would have a big bill coming up to keep my old car on the road so entered this competition to get some repairs done," said Mr Kirby, 20.
"I was chuffed when ingenie said I'd won and offered to replace the car with a new Vauxhall!
"The Corsa will cost a lot less to keep on the road and in maintenance and is safer than my old car too."
Ingenie, whose policy holders are all under 25, joined forces with Network Q to offer the cars.
Clare White, marketing manager at Network Q, said: "We were delighted to work with ingenie to supply these three Vauxhall Corsas and hope Connor enjoys driving his for many years to come."
