BARRATT Developments' Yorkshire division – which has the Vision housing scheme at Braithwaite – has won a top honour.
It took the Housebuilder of the Year title at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
The prestigious awards programme celebrates the cream of the region's housing firms and developments.
Barratt, which incorporates the David Wilson Homes brand, was also successful in the best large development category for a scheme in York.
Ian Ruthven, managing director of Barratt David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, said: "We've been building homes in Yorkshire for over 40 years now and are committed to continuing to develop great places to live across the region.
"With 1,400 homes in the pipeline for the next financial year and more than 45 projects currently in construction across Yorkshire, we are continuing to appease the housing shortage in the region."
