HOUSEBUILDER Barratt – which has the Vision development in Keighley – is helping disadvantaged children this Christmas.
The company's Yorkshire West division is taking part in the Giving Tree initiative, in support of charity KidsOut.
Under the scheme, decorative tags with details of suggested gifts are placed on a Christmas tree and staff donate presents.
All the items are then collected by KidsOut for distribution.
Ian Ruthven, managing director of Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, said: "The Giving Tree is a fantastic idea and as Christmas is a time to bring people together and spread festive cheer, we're very happy to be able to help KidsOut.
"The gifts go to a number of women and children refuges in the area, where youngsters may have otherwise not received presents this year."
