A YOUNG German exchange student got a taste of working in the UK thanks to Keighley social housing group Incommunities.
Jana Anthes, 20, from Cuxhaven, took part in a three-week traineeship.
During her placement – supported by the European-funded ERASMUS student exchange programme – she covered several areas of work including construction, logistics and repairs, marketing, human resources and administration.
She also met recruits on the Incommunities GEM programme.
“I really enjoyed my time with Incommunities and everyone was so friendly,” said Jana.
“I thought Incommunities just provided housing, but I’ve learned that it does so much more.”
