MULTI AWARD-winning Keighley restaurant Shimla Spice has won another prestigious regional prize.
The Damside eaterie landed the Restaurant and Takeaway of the Year accolade at the Yorkshire and Humberside Enterprise Awards 2017.
Manager Faisal? Hussain said the award particularly acknowledged the way the restaurant had grown its business over the past few years.
From the original Shimla Spice in Keighley the company, begun by Mr Hussain’s father and uncles, has expanded to successful restaurants in Shipley and Burnley.
Now Shimla has its sights on various locations across the region, particularly in the Halifax area, that could be suitable for further expansion.
