KEIGHLEY social housing group Incommunities has welcomed the biggest-ever cohort onto its award-winning graduate development programme.
Thirty-four young people, from housing and construction organisations nationwide, have joined the latest phase of the GEM initiative.
The scheme, run by Incommunities’ Centre for Partnership team, aims to fast-track graduates with leadership potential into housing careers.
It is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Geraldine Howley, Incommunities’ group chief executive and chairman of the Centre for Partnership, said: “The GEM programme goes from strength to strength.
“It is built on a proven track record of delivering real opportunities for young housing talent in the UK and beyond.”
