AN INGROW company's latest innovations will be music to the ears of electric guitarists worldwide.

Switch designer and manufacturer NSF Controls is launching three new products which can be fitted to the instrument.

They build on the success of the hugely-popular, so-called Free-Way six-position toggle switch.

The company has been working with the music industry for years, and the Free-Way products – which can be fitted at the manufacture stage or retrospectively – have revolutionised the tonal flexibility of guitars.

NSF Controls is a member of the National Association of Music Merchants, and representatives from the firm are this week attending an association show in California.

Julian Heyworth, the company's chief executive officer, said: "The work our team has been doing on the Free-Way range will be truly beneficial for electric guitarists globally.

"Proving popular on the professional electric guitar circuit, many musicians have already chosen the Free-Way switch and these latest developments will broaden the audience even further.

"We're continuing to ensure we stay in tune with the market."
