A HOUSEBUILDER is saying it with flowers.
David Wilson Homes is giving away gladioli bulbs to residents at its Hewenden Ridge development and in the surrounding area.
Complimentary packs can be picked-up from the sales office at the Cullingworth site until April 2.
"We are excited to welcome the spring season – especially after the recent wintry weather – and what better way to do so than by offering local homeowners flower bulbs to brighten up their own gardens," said Hewenden Ridge sales manager, Dan Hardcastle.
"We're urging residents to visit our sales office this month or over the Easter weekend to pick-up a pack and get planting!
"Gladioli grow to between two and six feet in height and take approximately 90 days from the time they are planted to root, grow and bloom, making them the ideal flower to plant in preparation for a glorious garden this summer."
The sales office is open from 12.30pm to 5.30pm on Mondays and from 10am to 5.30pm Tuesdays to Sundays, excluding Wednesdays.
