Estate agent Dacre, Son & Hartley — which has an office in North Street, Keighley — has responded to a boom in the region’s rental market.
The company has expanded availability of its lettings division to all 20 branches.
Julie Craven, head of residential lettings, said: “In line with the rest of the UK, Yorkshire is benefiting from a buoyant rental market due to the more challenging sales climate and we are currently seeing a significant increase in inquiries from people looking to rent.
“Many have sold their houses and are moving into the rented sector to allow them to move quickly and buy a bargain property when the time is right.”
She added: “Tenants are now more demanding than ever as there is a greater choice of rented properties on the market.”
