The boss of a Keighley training centre for security staff says 95 per cent of his graduates have immediately found jobs.
Martin Baxter set up Keighley Training School last year after being made redundant following 22 years in the security and licensed industry.
Mr Baxter said: “I decided to take the relevant courses and pass my experience on. There is a lack of employment opportunities for local people.
“We guarantee an interview after taking the course with one of our many contacts,” he said. “Ninety-five per cent of people that have taken the course get a job after passing.”
