Mr Geoffrey Foster, of Steeton — who appears second from the right on the front row — has supplied this photograph of the Junior XI football team at Silsden County Secondary School during the 1962-63 season.
His information is helpfully reinforced by the writing on the ball!
He names the boys on the back row, from left, as David Hetherington, Colin Waite, Andrew Mackwell, Peter Atkinson (whose face has sadly been halved by the crease), Roger Smith, David Andrews and Anthony Ruff.
Front row: Harry Rose, Georg Green, Martin Lampkin, Mick Steptoe, Robert Ousey and Les Newby.
The teacher on the left was Mr Kelly.
