'TOO little, too late' was the feeling from flood-hit residents as the Environment Agency rolled into town.
It is now seven months since the devastating Christmas floods, which caused such widespread damage and misery in many parts of Keighley district.
The way communities rallied round to help victims in the aftermath was incredible.
Teams of volunteers turned out in their hundreds to offer whatever assistance and support they could.
But help from the authorities was, at best, slow.
Many residents and business owners, still battling to get their lives and livelihoods back on track, feel they have been left to fend for themselves, and are understandably are angry.
They deserve an explanation, an apology and a concrete reassurance this will never happen again.
