IT'S not too difficult to imagine how the majority of readers will respond to ghost-hunter Mark Vernon's claims he captured a spirit on film at East Riddlesden Hall.
The footage certainly shows something floating around, but what precisely it is or its source is more open to question.
Whatever you think about Mark and his beliefs, the topic of ghosts is one that never fails to generate debate – whether you're a believer or are firmly in the sceptics camp.
Several people over the years have reported strange happenings at 17th century East Riddlesden Hall, which is reputedly stalked by a Grey Lady.
Most of the population will remain unconvinced.
But let's face it, without the spectre of ghosts, this world would be a duller place!
