HERE we go again.
A fortnight or so until Bonfire Night and we have the daily cacophony of exploding fireworks.
And police are pursuing youngsters who derive misguided thrills from throwing the said missiles.
Each year we endure this same pantomime.
Where are the parents of these children? Do they care what carnage their off-spring are creating?
Yes it may not be easy to keep a 24/7 check on teenage children, but showing a little interest surely is not too much to expect.
Issuing young offenders with 'anti-social behaviour interventions' is fine.
Perhaps financial penalties for the parents may help them show a bit more concern.
