Dementia meeting
LEES Methodist Church – opposite Lees Primary School at Cross Roads – is holding another of its Meeting Point sessions on Tuesday (Apr 24), with tea and biscuits at 1.45pm, when at 2pm the speaker will be Maggie Marsden from Dementia Friendly Keighley.
Whilst dementia is something we all may dread, here is an opportunity to learn more about what is happening in the town to make us all be supportive of those who suffer from it, but also how we can better deal with it if it occurs to someone we know or someone we love. The meeting is open to all. There is a small charge of £2 to cover expenses.
