Church concert
SACRED and secular music will feature in a concert in Haworth Parish Church this weekend. The event will involve performances by a visiting choir called Watership Cantabile, and will include new and old music based on a travel theme.
The choir is on tour from its base in Newbury, Berkshire, and its concert in Haworth takes place at 7pm on Saturday. Admission is free and concert goers will also receive a programme and refreshments on the evening. There will be a retiring collection in aid of the ongoing Haworth Parish Church restoration programme.
