AS a frustrated motorist I keep wondering how much longer Northern Gas Networks are going to have temporary traffic lights on the A629 near Bradley Lane End.
This is either the fifth or sixth time in the last year or so and each time for several weeks. We have had to put with continuous queues of traffic during these works. Whatever the problem why has it not been sorted by now? Whilst nobody wants leaking gas it needs to be sorted once and for all.
Come on Northern Gas Networks get a grip and get it fixed.

In response, a spokesperson for Northern Gas Networks said: "Operationally all the work is now complete and gas leak has been repaired. We are have now started reinstating and we hope to be off site for Tuesday."
