A drummer who has sold more than 100 million records will be playing at Pennington’s Octagon Live this month.
Bev Bevan, drummer with The Electric Light Orchestra, Ozzy Osbourne’s Black Sabbath, Denny Laine and The Move – who recorded the first record to be played on Radio 1 – will be performing from 7.30pm on March 20.
Bevan will be joined by original Move guitarist Trevor Burton. Octagon owner, John Pennington, said: “Bev’s drum kit is almost as big as the venue! It’s the size of a car and is worth seeing.”
Tickets are available from the venue, priced £15. Call 01274 562252.
