Two of the professional dancers from TV’s Strictly Come Dancing are coming to Bradford.

Katya and Pasha have paired up offstage and will be performing at St George’s Hall on June 28.

Along with several more professional dancers they are offering a spectacular brand new ballroom and Latin show.

The pair promise a carnival of music, dance, costumes and sparkles, featuring a kaleidoscope of dance.

A spokesman said: “There will be the fiery Cha Cha Cha, romantic waltz, passionate rumba and dramatic Paso Doble.

“The stunning choreography will be further enhanced by an array of lighting and special effects. This a truly interactive experience with audience participation.”

Also coming up at St George’s Hall this month will be tribute show Roy Orbison And Friends, on June 28.

The show will use original film footage from the time when Roy Orbison regularly flew high in the charts.

Barry Steele and his band are returning to Bradford with guests paying homage to Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis.

A spokesman said: “You’ll have yourself a spectacular fusion of good old rock ‘n’ roll and contemporary musical genius.”

The ELO Experience will be at St George’s Hall on July 17, with their Mr Blue Sky Tour.

The tribute band use a light show and widescreen projection to help recreate the music of leading 1970s band Electric Light Orchestra.

There will be songs from classic albums like A New World Record, Discovery and Out Of The Blue.

The hall also hosts appearances by three popular touring celebrities during the autumn.

Jane McDonald promises an exciting and emotionally charged evening of music and laughter on October 18.

Jools Holland And His Rhythm And Blues Orchestra return on November 21, with guest singer Marc Almond.

Paul Hollywood, presenter of TV hit Great British Bake Off, presents the Get Your Bake On show on December 3.
