A WIDE range of music can be heard over three nights this month on the Keighley And Worth Valley Railway.

This year’s Beer And Music Festival will feature jazz, blues and rock ‘n’ roll music at both Oxenhope and Keighley railway stations.

The festival runs from October 23 to 26 but the first night, Thursday, simply offers people a quiet drink in the Oxenhope Exhibition Shed.

Music begins on Friday and continues on Friday and Saturday in Oxenhope, including the Saturday evening return of Dr Busker And The Dorset Rats.

Meanwhile, down in Keighley there will be bands in a marquee on platform four on the Friday and Saturday, including Saturday headliners Eddie Earthquake And The Tremors.

Organisers promise “something for everyone to get their feet tapping” on the live stages during the popular event.

Meanwhile, there will be more than 100 hand-pulled real ales, a selection of bottled beers, and dedicated cider and wine bars.

A regular train service will run between Keighley and Oxenhope throughout the weekend.
