NO SLEEP for these members of Bingley Amateurs as they present their annual musical next week.

The Pajama Game is being performed at Bingley Arts Centre from Tuesday until Saturday at 7.15pm.

And no afternoon nap either, for the actors will be presenting a Saturday matinee performance at 2.15pm on November 22.

Bingley Amateur Operatic Society from Tuesday 18th to Saturday 22nd November at Bingley Arts Centre.

The Pajama Game shows what happens after the workers at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory demand a raise of seven and a half cents an hour.

The union's demands fall on deaf ears.

Meanwhile, a romance is budding between Babe, the grievance committee head, and Sid, the new factory superintendent.

Arts Centre spokesman Jeff Peacock said: “With production and sharp choreography by Paul Nowland of Oakworth, the show sizzles with hit songs and positive energy.

“It’s pleasing to see that Emily and Lois Brooke, talented sisters from Riddlesden, will be appearing together.”
