BAGPIPES, fifes and drums featured in Steeton Male Voice Choir’s concert earlier this month in Skipton.
Sweeter sounds can be heard at the choir’s next concert, when the men team up with Bingley women’s choir Opus 44.
The two groups decided to perform a joint concert after competing together for the Choir Rock Festival at the Royal Armouries, Leeds in March last year.
Steeton spokesman Eric Parker said: “This will be a superb concert of contrasting voices and a programme with a foretaste of the Christmas festivities ahead.”
The concert is at the Octagon club, on Bradford Road, Sandbeds, on November 30 at 2.30pm.
