THE DEMON Barbers are blaming it on the boogie as they record their latest album.
Disco At The Tavern is the title of the disc being prepared by the Haworth-based folk combo.
Grammy & Emmy Award winning production team Donal Hodgson and Kipper and working on the album with the BBC Folk Award-winning band.
Band founder Damien Barber said: “It's been a busy few months as we prepare to release our next album.
“At the beginning of November we had a fantastic time recording with our new producers at Chairworks Studio, Castleford, finishing up with special guests on the album The Wilson Family from Teesside!
“We've got another week of recording at Kipper's studio in Guildford and then it's all down to Donal.”
The official release date for Disco At The Tavern will be April but the Demon Barbers plan to offer a limited number of pre-release copies in February.
These will be made available to followers of the band on its mailing list, Facebook and Twitter.
