AN ‘OPEN deck day ‘of Motown and soul music is on offer at the New Variety Club in Keighley on Sunday. (May 29)
The Bank Holiday event is organised by the team of music enthusiasts to present a bi-monthly soul night at Central Hall in Keighley.
This time they will be at the New Variety Club in Russell Street from 2.30pm with a all-day bar.
Anyone with a soul or Motown record collection is welcome to go along and play a set on the DJ equipment, either on vinyl or CD.
Organiser David Shackleton said: “As Bank Holidays are limited with entertainment in Keighley we thought we would give a little something back to the Keighley public. Come along, have a drink, a dance or just listen to the music.”
