THE PICTURE House will present live screenings of Shakespeare and Andrew Rieu in July.
The cinema in North Street, Keighley, will present the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company’s production of Shakespeare's Romeo And Juliet on July 7.
The 7.15pm showing will reunite the stars of Branagh’s recent Disney film Cinderella, Richard Madden and Lily James, along with Derek Jacobi.
The Almeida Theatre’s production of Shakespeare’s Richard III will be broadcast on July 21 with Ralph Fiennes in the title role and Vanessa Redgrave as Queen Margaret.
Leading conductor Andre Rieu’s 2016 Maastricht concert of popular light classical music will be presented on the evening of July 23.
Picture House proprietor Charles Morris said: “It’s great to be starting a new series of live broadcasts.
“It is a great opportunity for people to see these productions concurrently with their performance in London, or wherever; and considerably cheaper too.”
Tickets for each screening cost £15 for adults, £12 for concessions, by visiting nm-cinemas.co.uk or in person from the cinema.
