CULLINGWORTH’S theatre group are presenting a tribute to performers who have died in recent times.
CADS will provide comedy and music by the likes of the Two Ronnies, David Bowie, Victoria Wood, Prince and Cilla Black.
Tribute to the Stars will be presented at Cullingworth Village Hall in Station Road on October 8.
CADS chairman Paul Hall said: “The variety-style show will be a celebration of the joy that many people have brought to us, and who have sadly left us recently.
“There will be comedy and music in equal measure. Something for everyone to enjoy, a real family night out.
“This a first as a producer for Richard Fairlie, who has been involved with CADS from being very young, and is now returned from university, jumping in to re-invigorate the society.
Doors will open at 6:30pm with a licensed bar, and performers will begin at 7pm.
Richard added: “We expect the main show to finish at around 10pm , but the bar will be open with music to dance to until 11pm.”
The event is dedicated to Martin House Hospice Care for Children and Young People, with a fundraising raffle throughout the night.”
Tickets are available by visiting camdrama.co.uk or from Hair Flair on Halifax Road in Cullingworth.
