THE SOLID Silver 60s Show has now been touring for three decades with no signs of stopping.

The latest line-up of yesteryear bands can be seen at the Victoria Theatre, Halifax, on Thursday, April 13.

There will be The Merseybeats, whose singles include Wishin’ And Hopin’ and Sorrow, Dave Berry who sang The Crying Game and Little Things, and Wayne Fontana , whose hits include Game Of Love and Come On Home.

Also on the bill are Vanity Fare, known for Hitchin’ A Ride and Early In The Morning, and Chris Montez, the man behind Let’s Dance and The More I See You.

The Merseybeats are one of the Cavern Club’s original alumni, having performed with The Beatles.

Dave Berry had huge success in Europe as a teen idol, and Wayne Fontana became a leading artist in the 60s revivalist scene.

Direct from the USA, special guest Chris Montez brings his stylistic approach to rock n roll standards, with Vanity Fare completing the bill with their era-defining song Hitchin’ A Ride.
