SNAKECHARMER slither into Bingley Arts Centre at 7pm on Sunday.

The rock band are armed with a new album entitled Second Skin.

The gig sees the return of founder members Adam Wakeman (keyboards) and Harry James (drums) from world tours with Black Sabbath and Thunder respectively.

Snakecharmer’s line up is completed by former Whitesnake member Neil Murray (bass) and Laurie Wisefield (guitar) from Wishbone Ash, who are both members of the house band for the Queen musical We Will Rock You.

Chris Ousey from Heartland handles lead vocals, with the line-up completed by whizz-kid guitarist Simon McBride, who is best known for his solo blues work.

Guest for the Arts Centre concert is highly-rated blues rocker Rebecca Downes and her band, who are gaining rave reviews around the country.

Coming up at Bingley Arts Centre on May 13 will be the show Diva Queens by AKA Dance Studios.

Bingley Little Theatre will present the Alan Ayckbourn comedy Sisterly Feelings, directed by Mal Fidler, from May 22 to 27.

There will be a beer festival on June 2 and 3, followed by Bingley Amateurs’ presentation of the modern musical Footloose, from June 6 to 10.

Ian Hunter And The Rant Band will bring the spring/summer season to a close with a concert on June 18.
