STEETON Male Voice Choir gave an emotional rendition of Bring Him Home from the musical Les Miserables at the Remembrance Day Parade in Bingley.
They were invited to sing at the event in Myrtle Park by the Bingley branch of the Royal British Legion.
Choir spokesman David Barraclough said: “Even though this was a scaled-down choir in terms of numbers, the sombre, reflective mood at the cenotaph was captured perfectly.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to charities we were very proud to represent the charity Walking With the Wounded and hope to have further collaborations in the future.”
The Steeton singers will perform their annual Christmas concert at Holy Trinity Church, Skipton, on December 9 at 7.30pm, featuring a mix of traditional and contemporary male voice tunes alongside seasonal favourites.
The choir will promote the concert by performing at the Skipton Canal Basin shopping area on December 3 at 2pm.
They will also sing at Booth’s supermarket in Ilkley on December 17 at 2pm, then at the Airedale Heifer pub at Sandbeds on December 21.
