Scooby-Doo, the Pub Landlord, Troy and Gabriella, and scooter-riding Mods are dropping into Leeds.

They're all appearing at the Grand Theatre in musicals are one-night stands over the next few months.

Dreamboats and Petticoats, at the Grand from next Monday to Saturday, is a new musical based on a hit compilation album.

It features well-known 1960s songs from the likes of Roy Orbison, The Shadows and Chuck Berry.

Sitcom writers Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran have crafted a nostalgic and romantic story about a band reaching for fame.

Funny and tragic musical Blood Brothers, about twins separated at birth, returns to the Grand on July 13-25.

The brothers grow up in very different households and become friends, falling for the same girl, without realising the truth.

Le Grand Cirque Fantazie, a hit during its recent Bradford Alhambra residence, is at the Grand on July 29-August 2.

The "magical and spellbinding" production is said to be a breathtaking and heart-pounding spectacle bound to astound.

The acrobatic performers have been recruited from around the world for white-knuckle Cirque du Soleil-style stunts.
