Two of the original members of iconic Keighley goth-rock band Skeletal Family may team up.

Guitarist Stan Greenwood and singer Anne-Marie would be back together for the first time in more than 20 years.

The pair hope to write new songs and possibly play acoustic concerts later in the year.

In the mid-1980s the Skeletal Family became one the UK's biggest goth rock bands, disbanding in 1986.

The band reformed in 2002 due to renewed interest in its old songs, but Anne-Marie could not continue due to family commitments.

Stan remains with the band along with fellow early members Martin Henderson and Karl Heinz.

Stan, who also plays with long-established 1960s covers band The Big Bang, revealed this week that he was in talks with Anne-Marie.

He is also seeking other local musicians or bands to work with. Anyone interested should phone him on 01535 677555 or 07837 026221.
