TAKING another break from their time travels next month will be members of Keighley band Black Horse Fairy.
The musicians claim to come from different periods of history, uniting from time to time to play local gigs.
Archie Blackwell, Franklin Gothic, Count Kundalini and the Earl of Doncaster are led by ‘Edwardian suffragette‘ Fanny Ferris.
They played during last year’s Haworth Steampunk Weekend, to a crowd of similarly-attired punters, and some of them were also seen during the Tour de France weekend in the village.
Black Horse Fairy will play the Snooty Fox in Oakworth on August 16.
Fanny said: “We will join be joined by the Box Jellys, another local band noted for their original material.
“We are starting to create quite a buzz, being described by those who have seen us as the most original band to emerge in years.
“We have now had five of our recordings featured on BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire.
“We are also putting the finishing touches to our first 13 track album
