A BURLESQUE evening in Keighley next month will be naughty but nice, according to its organiser.
Keighley woman Sian Chatfield, alias burlesque performer Bobbie Dazzler, wanted to ensure audiences knew what to expect.
She said: “We have had a couple of ill-informed people saying we are putting on an all-female, all-nude, show.
“Not one single act will be totally nude, and I'd like to set the record straight.
“Not all burlesque acts are strip acts, and in all cases very little is revealed. Burlesque is glamorous, intelligent and funny.”
The evening at Keighley Civic Centre on November 8 will feature male performer Rock Hart alongside the female acts.
The show will raise money for Manorlands, the Salvation Army and Keighley and Airedale Cancer Support.
The event, Hellraising Halloween is for over-18’s only. Tickets cost £8.
