THE LAWRENCE Batley Theatre in Huddersfield has been transformed into a wonderland laboratory this week.

The Lempen Puppet Theatre Company will present Little Frankenstein tomorrow and Saturday at both 11am and 2pm.

The show is described as a gentle horror story for children, featuring the spooky puppeteer Frank Stein, who has had enough of his badly made puppets.

Taking inspiration from his infamous relative Doctor Frankenstein he decides, with a little help from the audience, to create a real life puppet that will change his life forever.

When the innocent Creature George springs out of the workshop, he is eager to learn. The show is recommended for children aged five to 10.
