CONCERT trio In Voice and Verse will celebrate William Shakespeare’s genius by presenting his Greatest Hits.
The best speeches and sonnets will be featured alongside great songs ranging from classical compositions to West End hits. The show will be on at Halifax's Square Chapel Centre for the Arts on November 28.
Actor Lance Pierson will bring the words to life from Henry to Hamlet and Richard to Romeo. He said: "To whittle the greatest hits down to ten speeches and ten songs was the hardest part. But it gives you a taste of the immense contribution Shakespeare has made to our culture."
